Role:

SoftSprings Water Conditioning is looking for a motivated and reliable Water Treatment Technician to join our growing team. This position involves installing, servicing, and maintaining residential and light commercial water treatment systems. No prior experience is required — we provide full on-the-job training.

What We Offer:

Responsibilities:

Install and/or service water softeners, filters, and related systems Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner Maintain accurate service records and reports Manage inventory and basic vehicle upkeep

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (basements, outdoors, etc.) Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Strong work ethic and attention to detail Willingness to learn — we'll train the right person!

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday availability may be required)
