  • 150,000 A growing water and wastewater contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on municipal infrastructure projects.
This role is ideal for a strong field leader with experience managing water treatment, wastewater treatment, mechanical, and underground utility projects . Key Responsibilities Oversee daily field operations on water and wastewater construction projects Manage crews, subcontractors, equipment, and project schedules Coordinate work involving treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, utility infrastructure, and mechanical systems Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to specifications Work closely with Project Managers, owners, engineers, and inspectors Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards on all projects Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in water/wastewater or heavy civil construction Strong background in water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, mechanical systems, or underground utilities Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proven leadership and crew management experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills OSHA certification preferred Benefits Stable pipeline of water and wastewater infrastructure projects Health insurance and comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Opportunities for advancement and long-term career growth
