Wastewater Treatment Plant Pipefitter and Foreman

Pioneer Construction is Hiring! Pipefitter - Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction & Rehabilitation Build the infrastructure that keeps our communities running. We are looking for an experienced Pipefitter to join our team working on new construction and rehabilitation of wastewater treatment plants . This is an opportunity to work on complex industrial piping systems, mechanical equipment, and critical municipal infrastructure from installation through completion. What You'll Do Install, assemble, and modify piping systems for wastewater treatment facilities Work on new wastewater treatment plant construction and existing plant rehabilitation Read and interpret construction drawings, P&IDs, isometric drawings, and specifications Layout, fabricate, fit, and install pipe and related components Install process piping, valves, supports, fittings, and mechanical systems Work with ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, PVC, HDPE, and other piping materials Coordinate pipe installation with welders, equipment operators, laborers, electricians, and other trades Assist with equipment installation and alignment Perform field measurements and layout Identify and resolve field installation issues Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment Perform pressure testing, flushing, and other required system testing What We're Looking For 5+ years of pipefitting or industrial piping experience in wastewater preferred
Mandatory:
Experience in building wastewater treatment and water treatment plants Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Experience with pipe layout, fitting, rigging, and installation Ability to work independently and as part of a construction crew Strong understanding of jobsite safety Ability to work outdoors and in active construction environments Valid driver's license Welding/fabrication experience is a plus Why Join Us?
