Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activities for water and wastewater treatment projects. Coordinate and supervise field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment. Lead installation of mechanical piping systems, fabricated pipe, valves, pumps, and treatment process equipment. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards. Conduct daily planning meetings, safety meetings, and site inspections. Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Owners, and Inspectors. Maintain project documentation including daily reports, manpower tracking, and progress updates. Ensure compliance with all OSHA, company, and project-specific safety requirements. Qualifications 5+ years of Superintendent experience on water or wastewater treatment plant projects. Strong experience with mechanical piping installation and fabricated pipe systems (required). Experience managing treatment process equipment installation.. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
