We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sanitation Manager to lead our cleaning and sanitation operations across various facilities in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering and receiving supplies, and communicating with our techs in addition to customer retention and customer service. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and sanitation activities across all designated areas, including industrial, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare settings. Lead, train, and motivate custodial staff to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Monitor compliance with safety regulations related to sanitation procedures, chemical handling, and equipment use. Conduct regular inspections to assess cleanliness levels, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement processes to optimize operational efficiency. Foster excellent communication with clients and team members to address concerns promptly and uphold high customer service standards. Qualifications Experience in custodial or janitorial management. Strong background in cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and safety regulations. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising staff in a fast-paced setting. Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and communicate with clients. Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment, chemical safety protocols, and sanitation management systems. Ability to develop schedules/routes, manage inventories, manage ordering and receiving and oversee compliance with health standards.

Pay:

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
