Mig Welders Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 to $22.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift

• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding processes on a variety of steel components with precision and efficiency .
• Read and accurately interpret basic blueprints and work instructions to ensure product specifications are met .
• Execute fitting, tacking, and welding operations to assemble parts into finished products. Conduct thorough inspection of welded products to identify and correct any imperfections, ensuring quality standards are maintained. Safely operate grinders and other essential fabrication tools .
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Mig Welders Qualifications:

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in MIG welding techniques. Ability to read and comprehend basic blueprints and work instructions. Proficiency in using various fabrication tools, including grinders .
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing for extended periods, and stooping. The work environment will involve exposure to both warm and cool temperatures.
