Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Welder - MIG to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding heavy components using MIG welding techniques on construction sites and manufacturing environments. Your expertise will contribute to creating high-quality assemblies that meet strict safety and industry standards. Duties Perform MIG welding on sheet metal, structural steel, and fabricated components following blueprints and schematics Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols to ensure precise fabrication Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to achieve accurate welds and dimensions Operate plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape materials as required Follow safety protocols including rigging procedures with cranes and forklift operation to handle heavy materials safely Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and visual checks to verify weld integrity and dimensions Assist with assembly, pipe threading, ductwork fabrication, and mechanical installations as needed Skills Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of safety standards Expertise in MIG welding; familiarity with FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) is a plus Ability to perform TIG welding and <
