Role Overview At All Things Metal, our Fitter/Welders are at the heart of what we do. In this role, you'll work hands-on in our fabrication shop, fitting and welding structural steel that becomes part of projects across Arizona. Every day brings something new! Key Responsibilities Layout and fit-up steel components per shop drawings Set up and adjust welding machines/wire feeders for accurate welds Perform welds per
