Superior Industries is seeking talented welders ready to bring precision, pride, and passion to their work. Here, you'll work with advanced equipment in a safety-focused, team-driven environment. Key responsibilities of a Welder include: Blueprints & Welding
  • Read and interpret blueprints, prepare weld surfaces, and perform welding to 1G certification standards. Equipment Operation
  • Set up and operate welding equipment, ironworker, band saw, drill press, and other tools safely, ensuring weld quality and appearance meet standards. Precision Measuring
  • Accurately use tape measures (1/8", 1/16", 1/32"), convert units, and maintain accurate documentation. Safe Material Handling
  • Operate forklifts and jib cranes following all safety procedures and maintaining necessary certifications. Teamwork & Reliability
  • Work collaboratively to meet production schedules with excellent attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Night Shift 4:30pm-4:30AM Monday to Thursday Employee Benefits Weekly paycheck Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Paid time off and holidays 401K retirement account with 5% company match Annual boot reimbursements up to $125 On the spot bonuses up to $100 Weld Helmet reimbursement up to $150 every 5 years Qualifications Safely operating cranes, forklifts, and welding equipment. Ensure all welding work meets quality standards. Comfortable adjusting to changes in processes and products. Proficient in blueprint interpretation, capable of precise measurements and conversions, and certified in welding to 1G standards.
