We specialize in food and beverage industry, e.g., sanitary food-grade piping / equipment installation, repair, modification and fabrication. We are looking for a dedicated Stainless Steel TIG Welder who takes pride in flawless penetration, zero distortion, and beautiful aesthetics.
What You'll Do:
Weld schedule-10 through 80 stainless steel pipe and components using precision DC TIG processes. Weld thin-gauge stainless steel tubing and components using precision DC TIG processes. Perform purging procedures to ensure clean, sugar-free interior welds on tubing and piping. Inspect finished products to guarantee compliance with strict quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings accurately.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of dedicated stainless-steel pipe and tubing TIG welding experience.
Skill:
Ability to pass a mandatory hands-on OD tube and schedule-10 welding test.
Detail-Oriented:
Deep understanding of heat control, gas coverage, and puddle manipulation to prevent warping.
Safety First:
A professional mindset focused on workplace safety, tool maintenance, and a clean job-site environment.
Pay:
$38.00 - $44.00 per hour
