At Advanced Career Institute in Bakersfield, CA , students receive hands-on training in a variety of welding techniques and metals to prepare for entry-level welding careers. ACI students receive a Certificate of Completion and have the opportunity to take two AWS welder performance qualification tests. We were formerly the John Lopez Welding School, and our experienced instructors—each with years in the welding industry—provide the guidance and support needed to help students build a strong foundation and pursue industry-recognized certifications. If you're ready to launch your welding career, ACI offers the tools and training to help you succeed. When you complete our Advanced Welding Technology program, you'll receive a Certificate of Completion and have the chance to take two AWS welder performance qualification tests.
