In this role, you will bring blueprints to life, executing high-quality welds both in the shop and out on active job sites. Key Responsibilities:
Task Execution:
Perform specific trade tasks (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry) according to project plans and specifications.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and adheres to building codes and regulations.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in safety meetings and inspections.
Collaboration:
Work closely with supervisors, other tradespersons, and apprentices to ensure project milestones are met.
Problem Solving:
Identify and address any issues related to their assigned tasks that may impact project timelines or quality.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Alignment with

Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of welding experience. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational training program or apprenticeship in the relevant trade is preferred. Proficiency in using trade-specific tools and equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, strong problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of trade-specific processes and safety regulations. Relevant trade certifications or licenses are encouraged. Skilled in using both traditional and modern tools and techniques relevant to welding. Ability to ensure precision and accuracy in all tasks performed. Capability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions. Efficiently manage time to complete tasks within project deadlines. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with supervisors and team members. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and handle unexpected challenges. Strong focus on maintaining a safe working environment for oneself and others. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technology tools. Ability to safely operate and use aerial equipment for various assigned tasks.
Physical Responsibilities:
The role requires working on construction sites, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions, noise, and hazardous materials. The position involves physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and operating trade-specific equipment.
