About Us:
Packline Technologies, Inc. is an industry leader in specialized technology for the produce industry. We design, manufacture and maintain highly specialized production lines for the processing, sorting and packing of fresh fruit and vegetables for our customers throughout the United States. We specialize in highly automated solutions for our customers from custom engineered equipment to the handling of raw product from the field to the automated palletizing of packed product via machine or robot.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and run all required welding and cutting process proficiently. Ability to build welding fixtures. Familiar with machining processes. Capable of reading and understanding all blue-prints. Using various cutting machines like plasma and oxy-fuel cutting torches. Using various powered hand tools including grinders, sanders, drills, saw and others. Capable of welding machine frames and piece parts proficiently with no supervision. Follow safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Other duties and responsibilities that may be added of assigned by management. Accurately measure and lay out locations for welded components. Some travel as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to stand for extended periods Extensive experience (MIG/TIG) at least 3 years of experience Detail and quality oriented Good communication skills Must work well with others Ability to read blue prints
