Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding various metal components, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to determine welding specifications
• Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and FCAW
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components
• Operate power tools and equipment necessary for cutting, grinding, and shaping metal
• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality assurance
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Welder in a similar role
• Proficient in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and FCAW
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems
• Experience operating cranes and forklifts is a plus

Skills:

• Proficient in steel fabrication
• Ability to use power tools effectively
• Strong welding skills including the ability to weld, solder, and fabricate metal components
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques
• Mechanical knowledge to understand how components fit together in mechanical systems
