We are currently seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong TIG welding skills and hands-on experience with purging techniques to produce clean, high-quality welds.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM start Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on metal components and assemblies according to specifications. Set up welding equipment, fixtures, and materials for production. Perform purging on stainless steel and other applicable materials to ensure clean, consistent welds. Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions. Select and adjust welding parameters based on material type, thickness, and job requirements. Inspect welds for quality, appearance, penetration, and defects. Perform basic grinding, cleaning, and finishing of welded components as needed. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. Meet daily production and quality standards while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications Previous experience as a TIG Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Hands-on experience with TIG welding and purging . Experience welding stainless steel and/or other metals. Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and production drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to set up and adjust TIG welding equipment. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
