https://imcomarine.com/careers-fuel-tank-fabricator/ IMCO Marine, a leading manufacturer in the marine industry, is seeking a skilled Aluminum Welder/Fabricator to join our team. This position will be responsible for fabricating fuel tanks and other aluminum components crucial to our product line.
Responsibilities:
Perform TIG and MIG welding on aluminum components. Utilize press brakes and shears to bend and cut aluminum according to specifications. Interpret and work from simple drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication. Ensure all welding and fabrication work meets company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in TIG and MIG welding on aluminum. Proficiency in using press brakes and shears for metal fabrication. Ability to read and interpret simple drawings and blueprints. Commitment to workplace safety practices. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in welding or related field is a plus. Experience in the marine industry or similar manufacturing environment. Familiarity with machines and other metal fabrication equipment.
