Required Qualifications
  • MIG Welding
  • TIG Welding
  • Stick Welding
  • Gas-assisted welding processes
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
  • Experience working in a high-temperature production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Preferred Certifications
    AWS D17.1
    Aerospace Welding Endorsement
    • AWS Certified Welder Certification
    • NADCAP (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) Welder CertificationPhysical Requirements
    • Ability to safely lift and maneuver gas cylinders/tanks weighing 50 pounds from a dolly to the welding workstation as needed.
    • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the work shift.
    Team & Leadership Expectations
    • Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members to ensure quality and production goals are met.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentation.
    Must have MIG, TIG and Stick welding experience with gas-assisted welding processes. Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
