- TIG Welding
- Stick Welding
- Gas-assisted welding processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
- Experience working in a high-temperature production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
AWS D17.1
Aerospace Welding Endorsement- AWS Certified Welder Certification
- NADCAP (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) Welder CertificationPhysical Requirements
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver gas cylinders/tanks weighing 50 pounds from a dolly to the welding workstation as needed.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the work shift.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members to ensure quality and production goals are met.
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentation.
