You will impact safety, quality, and throughput while working closely with the production team and quality/stakeholder partners on the 1st shift. This is an onsite role (M-F, 5:00am - 1:30pm). Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Prepare welds, perform various welding operations, and complete weld finishing tasks Manufacture and assemble metal fabrications and mechanical components per drawings Read and follow mechanical drawings and weld prints to meet quality standards Maintain consistent workmanship and comply with regulatory and Quality Assurance requirements Support product improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing efficiency and quality enhancements Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety goals Provide regular, consistent attendance and be available for occasional nights/weekends or additional hours as required Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in welding/fitting 1-2 years of welding or related production experience Knowledge of welding techniques and weld preparation Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and weld prints Strong basic math skills Good communication and organizational skills Here's What Else Might Help You Out Prior assembly experience on a production line Pay Range $25.78/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
