Victory Energy is seeking motivated Fitters/Welders to join their team on 1st shift. If you have hands-on welding experience and are ready to grow your skills, this could be the opportunity for you! 🔧

Responsibilities:

✅ MIG, Flux-Core, and TIG Welding ✅ Pipe Welding & Structural Steel Fabrication ✅ Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings ✅ Fit, assemble, and weld components to specifications ✅ Maintain quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment ✅

Requirements:

✔ Welding and fitting experience preferred ✔ Experience with MIG, Flux-Core, and/or TIG welding ✔ Ability to read blueprints and work from drawings ✔ Manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus ✔ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn ⭐

Experience Requirements:
