TIG Welder in Fort Collins, CO We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to perform precision welding and brazing on high-purity stainless steel, specialty alloys, and select high-purity plastics. This position requires strong blueprint reading, fabrication, and assembly skills to produce high-quality products that meet strict cleanliness, safety, and performance standards. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of TIG welding experience and a strong attention to detail in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Key Responsibilities Perform precision TIG welding on high-purity stainless steel components. Complete brazing operations according to engineering specifications. Fabricate and assemble components from blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. Work with specialty alloys, metals, and high-purity plastics. Inspect welds and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards. Maintain cleanliness requirements when handling high-purity materials. Troubleshoot weld quality and fit-up issues as needed. Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized work area. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet project deadlines. Support process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of TIG welding experience, preferably with high-purity stainless steel. Experience performing brazing operations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings. Strong fabrication and mechanical assembly experience. Knowledge of welding safety practices and equipment operation. High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with high-purity plastics. Experience welding specialty alloys and metals. Previous experience in a small manufacturing or fabrication environment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Schedule Training Period (1-2 months): Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM-2:30

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
