Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various welding techniques. This role involves fabricating and assembling metal structures and components, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. If you have a passion for welding and fabrication, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Interpret and work from schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to fabricate metal components. Perform welding operations using various techniques including mig and tig. Utilize plasma cutting tools for precise metal cutting. Execute pipe threading tasks as required for specific projects. Operate forklifts and other machinery safely to transport materials within the facility. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Ability to read a tape measure and operate shop saws and equipment. Requirements Proven experience in welding and fabrication. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. Experience with plasma cutting equipment is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
