Our client is seeking Solderers for the 1st shift to join their team. Responsibilities of the Solderers Ability to read and analyze instructions and procedures, engineering drawings, schematics and specifications Soldering parts and metal fixtures to SMT Circuit Boards. Ability to locate and analyze complex production problems. Ability to read assembly prints and follow detailed instructions Ability to solder with accuracy. Ability to work with components. Operation of multiple types of soldering equipment. Assembly problem-solving on the fly is critical Requirements of the SMT Solderers Ability to manually place and solder within defined period-of-time. Must have soldering experience, 2 plus years or more Knowledge of assembly procedures, processes, and quality specifications Ability to utilize hand tools; Good dexterity, eye/hand coordination Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
