We are seeking a skilled and experienced Certified 6G Welder for MIG and TIG pipe welding work in Tampa, FL. This position requires an individual who is capable of performing high-quality welding on a variety of pipe systems and materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for adhering to welding procedures, ensuring safety, and maintaining productivity while producing durable and precise welds.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on various pipe materials and thicknesses, maintaining a 6G certification. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to determine required specifications and materials. Ensure welds are performed to code and in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations. Inspect workpieces for defects and ensure quality control procedures are followed. Maintain equipment, tools, and welding machines in safe and working order. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met. Comply with all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Required:

Certified 6G Welder with experience in MIG and TIG pipe welding. Strong knowledge of welding techniques, including understanding of blueprints, welding symbols, and materials. Ability to work with a variety of pipe sizes and welding positions. Must be able to work efficiently and independently. Must be comfortable working in industrial environments and on active job sites.
