Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on structural steel and fabricated components. Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols. Fit, tack, weld, and inspect assemblies. Operate grinders, saws, and fabrication equipment. Maintain quality standards and follow OSHA safety requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality craftsmanship. Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

2+ years of welding experience. Ability to pass a weld test. Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols. Experience welding structural steel and fabricated components. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. PPE required. Temp-to-Perm opportunity with long-term growth.
