Chemical Containers, Inc. (CCI) is looking for dependable Welders/Fabricators to join our Fabrication Department in Lake Wales, FL. We build a wide range of equipment — fire apparatus, agricultural spray trucks, tanks, and other agriculture equipment — so you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple product lines instead of repeating the same build every day. We require some prior welding experience and will train the right candidate who shows a strong work ethic and fits our collaborative, hardworking team. What You'll Do Perform aluminum and steel welding (MIG) and/or TIG welding in the Assembly Shops Work under the direct supervision of the Fab Foreman Assist with other assembly and fabrication tasks as needed Press Brake experience a plus Operate and maintain tools and equipment (personal tool kit required) Maintain a clean and organized work area Read and interpret prints and work independently when needed What We're Looking For Experience welding aluminum using push/pull MIG processes preferred TIG welding experience preferred Ability to pass our in-house weld coupon test ("box test") — coping and fitting channel into a box shape on both aluminum and steel Plumbing and welding experience is a plus Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Willingness to follow all safety rules and regulations Ability to work well with others and take direction Must pass a drug test Physical Requirements This role is performed in a manufacturing plant environment.

You must be able to:
