We are seeking a skilled Production Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with both MIG and TIG welding, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. This position plays a key role in fabricating and repairing stainless steel components, filter housings, machine parts, and other production equipment. Responsibilities

Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and other metal components

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications

Position, align, clamp, and assemble components for welding

Grind, cut, tack weld, and finish products to quality standards

Repair damaged or cracked metal parts as needed

Monitor welding processes to prevent distortion, overheating, shrinkage, or expansion

Perform preventative maintenance on welding equipment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Cross-train in existing and new manufacturing processes

Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Qualifications

Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings

Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, rulers, levels, and squares

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Technical school training or related welding certification preferred

Manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday
