for Aluminum MIG Welders!! Job Description This role focuses on MIG welding and fabricating aluminum frames. You will read and interpret blueprints, perform precise measurements and conversions, and produce high-quality welds in a busy fabrication shop environment. This is a 1st or 2nd shift opportunity and the pay ranges based on experience ($21-$28). Responsibilities MIG weld aluminum frames with consistent quality and accuracy. Read and interpret blueprints to understand weld locations, dimensions, and fabrication requirements. Convert inch fractions into decimal measurements to ensure precise cutting, fitting, and welding. Set up, operate, and maintain MIG welding equipment and related fabrication tools in a safe and efficient manner. Essential Skills Proven experience with MIG welding in a fabrication or manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience welding aluminum components or structures. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
