We are growing and looking for skilled TIG Welders / Fabricators with strong experience in aluminum to join our team. This is not production welding—our work is custom, detail-driven, and highly visible, requiring precision and craftsmanship. What You'll Do Perform TIG welding on aluminum (primary) and stainless steel components Fabricate custom assemblies from drawings and shop details Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols Cut, fit, and assemble materials using standard fabrication tools Operate equipment including press brake, shear, saws, and hand tools Work closely with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines Inspect work to ensure it meets quality and aesthetic standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace What We're Looking For Proven TIG welding experience (aluminum required) Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic layout/math accurately Experience with fabrication equipment (press brake, shear, saws, etc.) Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively in English Commitment to safety and quality Bonus Skills (not required): MIG welding / spool gun experience Stainless steel fabrication Forklift or rigging experience Schedule Monday -
Thursday:
7:00 AM - 5:45 PM (4x10 schedule)
Fridays:
