We are seeking an experienced Lead Metal Fabricator / Welder in West Palm Beach, FL to guide our shop team, manage custom fabrication projects, and turn complex blueprints into high-quality finished assemblies.

What We Offer Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Schedule:

Full-time | Overtime available Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of fabricators and welders to hit production schedules safely. Interpret complex blueprints, structural schematics, and mechanical drawings. Execute advanced welding operations including MIG, TIG, and FCAW across various alloys (aluminum, stainless, carbon steel). Operate press brakes, plasma cutters, power tools, and machining equipment to tight tolerances. Oversee shop floor safety and enforce quality control standards. Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on metal fabrication and MIG/TIG welding experience. Proven experience in a fabrication shop or construction environment. Strong blueprint reading and math/measurement skills (calipers, micrometers). Rigging, crane operation, or ASME code knowledge is a major plus.
