Job Description

Welder / Fabricator Adel, GA — Full-time Machine & Tool Manufacturing is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented welder to join our team. We handle a wide range of fabrication projects — from precision components to custom assemblies — and take pride in quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on steel and aluminum parts Read and interpret blueprints and drawings Fit, fabricate, and assemble parts to tight tolerances Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality

Requirements:

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday (occasional overtime as needed)
