Position Summary The MIG Welder/Fabricator is responsible for safely and efficiently welding products according to work instructions while maintaining quality and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding using Miller welding equipment
• Produce quality welds while meeting production cycle times
• Read and follow work instructions accurately
• Verify completed parts and welds meet quality standards
• Support team production goals and standardized processes
• Maintain clean and organized workstations following 5S standards
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
• Follow ISO 9001 and

ISO 14001

procedures and safety standards

• Assist with additional production or fabrication tasks as needed Requirements
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Preferred Qualifications
• Previous MIG welding or fabrication experience
• Manufacturing or weld-shop experience preferred
• Experience operating Miller welding equipment is a plus Work Environment
• Manufacturing and fabrication setting
• Hot and cold temperature conditions depending on season
