Position Summary The MIG Welder/Fabricator is responsible for safely and efficiently welding products according to work instructions while maintaining quality and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding using Miller welding equipment
- Produce quality welds while meeting production cycle times
- Read and follow work instructions accurately
- Verify completed parts and welds meet quality standards
- Support team production goals and standardized processes
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following 5S standards
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Follow ISO 9001 and
ISO 14001
procedures and safety standards
- Assist with additional production or fabrication tasks as needed Requirements
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Preferred Qualifications
- Previous MIG welding or fabrication experience
- Manufacturing or weld-shop experience preferred
- Experience operating Miller welding equipment is a plus Work Environment
- Manufacturing and fabrication setting
- Hot and cold temperature conditions depending on season
