Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and welding tasks. Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and Location welding techniques with precision and adherence to ASME codes & standards. Fabricate metal components using hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, and machining equipment. Measure materials accurately with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure proper fit and finish. Cut, shape, assemble, and weld structural components for manufacturing or construction projects. Operate rigging equipment such as cranes and forklifts safely for lifting heavy materials or assemblies. Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites or in manufacturing environments; maintain a clean and organized workspace.
