About the Role Step into a precision manufacturing shop in Marietta where your steady hand and heat control truly matter. As one of two new team members, you'll spend your day producing clean, consistent TIG welds on very thin-gauge metals. You'll move between fixtures, monitor heat input with a foot pedal, and verify bead quality and fit-up—always with safety first. What Your Day Looks Like Set up for TIG welding on thin metal components with a focus on accuracy and repeatability Use a foot pedal to manage heat precisely and protect material integrity Inspect joints, maintain clean work surfaces, and document quality as needed Hit production targets without sacrificing consistency Follow all safety standards and keep your area organized What You Bring Hands-on TIG welding experience (required) Demonstrated skill working with thin-gauge metals (required) Proficiency using a foot pedal for TIG (required) Background welding stainless steel (strongly preferred) Your own steel toe boots and welding hood Important Notes This is not an entry-level position—practical skill is essential All candidates must pass an on-site weld evaluation using scrap material prior to hire Applicants unable to demonstrate TIG skill on thin material will not be considered
