We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Roof Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, hardworking individual with experience in MIG welding and fitting aluminum components. The primary responsibility will be welding and assembling aluminum roof components for industrial generator enclosures. All pay rates and salaries are dependent on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.

The ideal candidate must:

Have experience with MIG welding aluminum and fitting experience. Have experience working with aluminum sheets, panels, and structural components. Maintain proper attendance to support production schedules and deadlines. Be willing to work overtime when needed to complete customer jobs on time and on budget. Be able to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions. Have a valid ID and Social Security card to apply. Have reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

BE PREPARED TO PERFORM A WELDING TEST DURING THE INTERVIEW.

Performance Expectations:

Produce quality aluminum welds according to specifications and instructions. Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance. Prepare aluminum components for welding by measuring, cutting, grinding, drilling, and fitting as needed. Properly set up and adjust welding equipment for aluminum applications. Change welding wire and gas tanks as needed. Ensure welding equipment is properly set up and operated safely. Follow all required safety procedures and use appropriate PPE at all times. Monitor equipment and report maintenance issues when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Complete each job with safety, accuracy, quality, and timeliness .

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
