Job Description
Fabricate and weld various products by reading blueprints and meeting the specifications/tolerances required in a safe and efficient manner. Assist in other work areas utilizing various machinery to cut and prep parts required to complete welded assemblies.
Job Duties:
Perform MIG welding, grinding, and blueprint reading. Adjust and troubleshoot welding machines to produce and maintain high quality products. Examine detailed drawings and correctly understand specifications, materials, dimensions, etc. to fabricate products. Assemble parts and products by properly squaring and joining them by welding within the required tolerances. Finish products by cleaning and grinding them. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Cross trained to operate various machinery (Training provided). Assist on installation.Minimum Qualifications:
AWS D1.1 FCAW
Certified MIG welding experience (2+ years) Fitting experience Ability to read manufacturing prints and tolerances Ability to read Standard English tapes and digital angle gauges Ability to properly square and assemble products efficientlyAdditional Qualifications:
Forklift experience preferred TIG welding a plusJob Type:
