Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator specializing in TIG welding. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse fabrication projects, utilizing advanced welding techniques and mechanical skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to creating one of a kind flatbeds and toolboxes. Duties Perform TIG welding on various metals, including sheet metal and pipe components Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication processes. Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape and assemble metal parts. Fabricate complex assemblies such as ductwork, structural supports, and piping systems for construction or manufacturing projects. Conduct rigging and crane operations safely when positioning heavy components or materials on-site or in the shop. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols related to welding, machining, and construction site activities. Qualifications Proven experience in TIG welding Familiarity with MIG welding (FCAW) and Soldering is a plus for versatile fabrication tasks. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Ability to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely is preferred. Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
