We build our products the right way, and we build our team the same way•by investing in people and giving them room to grow. The Role We're looking for a Welder Trainee to join our production team. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to learn a trade and build a real career•no welding experience required. You'll train directly under one of our experienced welders, and work your way toward becoming a skilled, independent welder on our production floor.
Schedule:
Monday•Thursday, 6:00 a.m.•5:00 p.m.
Pay:
$20.00•$22.00 per hour What You'll Do Learn hands-on welding techniques and equipment operation under direct mentorship. Assist with material prep, part handling, and basic fabrication tasks. Practice reading blueprints, work orders, and taking measurements. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Build toward independently meeting production welding standards. What We're Looking For No experience necessary•we'll teach you everything you need to know. A strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to take direction and feedback well. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods. High school diploma or GED preferred; welding coursework a plus.
