Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Welder position in Aurora, IL. Responsibilities:

• Perform daily manufacturing of components and finished assemblies for safety instrumentation products
• Fit, set up, operate, inspect, and troubleshoot welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, STICK, and FLUX Core welding processes
• Follow Standard Work procedures, maintain quality standards, identify nonconforming conditions, and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organized work area utilizing 5S principles while promoting safety, productivity, and teamwork

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 5-7 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency with MIG, TIG, STICK, and FLUX Core welding, including equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and write in English, perform basic math calculations, use measurement tools, basic computer skills, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details:
