Job Description
Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Welder position in Aurora, IL. This is a great opportunity to further your existing welding skills while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Responsibilities:
- Perform daily manufacturing of components and finished assemblies for safety instrumentation products
- Fit, set up, operate, inspect, and troubleshoot welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, STICK, and FLUX Core welding processes
- Follow Standard Work procedures, maintain quality standards, identify nonconforming conditions, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean and organized work area utilizing 5S principles while promoting safety, productivity, and teamwork
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5-7 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Proficiency with MIG, TIG, STICK, and FLUX Core welding, including equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and write in English, perform basic math calculations, use measurement tools, basic computer skills, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay:
