The ideal candidate is a Welder/Fabricator with production experience who would like to perfect their craft, and learn and grow with a company. We are looking to expand and grow our fabrication department, so please apply if you can think outside the box and want to create and build great things. There is advancement opportunity for the right candidate. Our pay range is broad as we currently have the need for advanced welding skills, but have some capacity to hire and train more junior skill level candidates. We have openings on 1st and 2nd shift and we are currently working 10-20 hours of weekly OT. Our shifts are 10 hour days with Friday OT and Saturday OT when necessary. You will perform a variety of light fabrication, repairs, gate building, and various welding and mechanical duties in a fast paced team environment.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Vertical, horizontal, uphill, overhead, and out of position welding
• Cutting torch and MIG welding experience
• Must be willing to learn how to build gates and more
• Ability to complete work accurately and thoroughly
• Standing for long periods of time
• Heavy lifting at times
• Must have reliable transportation
• Assist team in estimating material and time costs
• Must be a self-motivator and willing to take direction and be open to learning new things
• Environment can be noisy, hearing protection provided
• Computer skills for generating weekly reports
• Ability to operate forklift
