Qualifications and Skills 5 years of experience with precision fitting and welding as well as layout and assembly Strong understanding of TIG welding procedures and processes Proficient in blue print reading and layout Proficient in fixture preparation Clear understanding of distortion control Ability to take direction and catch on quickly Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment Highly motivated Capable of generating accurate dimensional measurements Flexibility to adjust appropriately and work in different settings and under various circumstances like onsite, offsite, indoors, outdoors, diverse weather conditions, including standing on concrete for extended periods of time Willingness to work overtime and travel when necessary Successful completion of a welding test using thin gauge material Experience with conveyers and food processing equipment or other metal fabricating familiarity will position candidate higher for consideration Benefits Competitive wages Health and dental insurance 401K Paid time off
