Job Description

Clendenin Services, a trusted leader in industrial compactor and baler sales, service, and repair, is seeking a skilled Welder-Fabricator / Industrial Equipment Technician to join our Marion, IL shop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional to put their welding and fabrication expertise to work rebuilding and repairing heavy industrial equipment, in a stable, full-time, shop-based role with a company built on nearly 25 years of industry experience.

What We Offer:

Competitive pay: $15-$30/hour based on experience and skill set 40 hours of accumulated PTO A stable, consistent full-time shop schedule Be part of an established, respected company with deep roots in the industry

Responsibilities:

Weld and fabricate precision parts and components for compactor and baler repairs and rebuilds Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on industrial equipment Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and uphold rigorous safety and quality standards in all shop work

What We're Looking For:

Strong welding and fabrication skills Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus A self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in quality work
