MIG & TIG
Welder (2ND SHIFT) A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced 3G
MIG & TIG
Welder to join its team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of fabrication projects in a modern manufacturing environment supporting multiple industries. Responsibilities Perform MIG, TIG, Flux-Core, and Stick welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions Measure, mark, and prepare materials for fabrication and assembly Utilize precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and tape measures Inspect completed work to ensure quality and specification requirements are met Perform fabrication and sheet metal work as required Maintain a safe and organized work area Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure project success Qualifications Required Ability to pass a 3G weld test Minimum 3 years of MIG welding experience Minimum 3 years of TIG welding experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience Preferred Previous fabrication experience Sheet metal experience Welding certifications Experience working with multiple welding processes What You'll Find in This Role Diverse, high-mix manufacturing projects with minimal repetitive production work Clean and organized work environment Opportunities for training, mentorship, and career growth Collaborative culture that values employee input and continuous improvement Stable workload supporting a variety of essential industries Modern manufacturing equipment and processes Qualified candidates please submit resumes to sabrina.pike@gogpac.com This is a 2nd shift on site role, applications will only be reviewed if accompanied by a resume.
