S_179909 Spherion is hiring a TIG Welder for a growing equipment manufacturer in South Beloit! If you excel at GTAW welding and love seeing clean, detailed work come together from shop blueprints, we want to talk to you. You will join an outcome driven team where your fabrication skills directly impact high quality systems built to last. Role Highlights $26.00 to $30.00 per hour with higher rates negotiable for extensive experience
Day shift 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday
Temp to hire or direct hire placement
Consistent schedule with stable local operations
Full medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k match, FSA, and PTO upon hire What You'll Do Perform precise TIG welding on stainless steel and nickel alloy components
Fabricate custom process piping and sheet metal systems from start to finish
Read and interpret shop blueprints and technical drawings to guide your work
Ensure all completed welds meet strict ASME Section IX quality standards
Collaborate with fabrication and engineering team members to hit project goals ... What You'll Bring At least 2 years of professional TIG welding experience
Proven ability to pass an ASME Section IX 6G weld test
Strong skill in reading shop blueprints and technical documentation
Practical background in process piping or sheet metal fabrication
Familiarity with P&ID drawings and general fabrication techniques preferred Ready to get started?
