About the Role As a Production Welder, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by executing high-quality welds to meet production targets. Responsibilities Execute precise welds on flat, curved, and vertical surfaces, including overhead positions. Configure welding equipment by adjusting gas, voltage, amperage, and wire speed settings. Prepare raw materials and components for assembly, including filing, grinding, and removing burrs or scale. Perform quality inspections by comparing finished work against templates and specifications to ensure conformance. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and perform routine equipment adjustments to ensure operational uptime. Coordinate with team members and material handling equipment to move parts and assemblies efficiently.
