Job Description

Position Summary Advanced welder and fabrication specialist handling complex builds and mentoring others. The position supports the manufacture and repair of truck bodies and related assemblies using steel and aluminum welding processes while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Complete complex fabrication and welding projects with minimal supervision Select appropriate welding methods and settings for various materials and applications Interpret advanced blueprints and fabrication drawings Troubleshoot fit-up, welding, and quality issues Mentor less experienced welders and support production planning Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Required Experience & Skills 5+ years MIG welding experience required 3+ years TIG welding experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and complex part diagrams required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Preferred Certifications & Training AWS certification strongly preferred Vocational welding training Technical school certificate in welding or fabrication a plus Why Join Warner Bodies? Up to $28.00 per hour
