Job Description

AOverview We are seeking a highly accomplished Master Welder for a part-time position. This role is for a welder with over 40 years of hands-on fabrication and welding experience. This position offers scheduling flexibility. Compensation directly scales with experience.
Key Responsibilities Precision Welding:
Execute specialized, high-standard welds on complex projects.
Technical Consultation:
Troubleshoot difficult fabrication challenges and blueprint knowledge a plus.
Required Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 40 years of verified industrial welding experience. Will need to pass AWS bridge welding code certifications within the first two weeks of hire. Training will be provided.
Technical Mastery:
Expert proficiency in Flux-core, sub-arc, and stick welding.
Reliability:
Strong work ethic and dedication to high-quality craftsmanship.
Job Type & Compensation Schedule:
Part-time Pay:
