Job Description
AOverview We are seeking a highly accomplished Master Welder for a part-time position. This role is for a welder with over 40 years of hands-on fabrication and welding experience. This position offers scheduling flexibility. Compensation directly scales with experience.
Key Responsibilities Precision Welding:
Execute specialized, high-standard welds on complex projects.Technical Consultation:
Troubleshoot difficult fabrication challenges and blueprint knowledge a plus.Required Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 40 years of verified industrial welding experience. Will need to pass AWS bridge welding code certifications within the first two weeks of hire. Training will be provided.Technical Mastery:
Expert proficiency in Flux-core, sub-arc, and stick welding.Reliability:
Strong work ethic and dedication to high-quality craftsmanship.Job Type & Compensation Schedule:
