  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Production Welding, blue print reading. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, stainless and aluminum welding. The Welding Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship from the welding team while adhering to safety standards and project specifications. Responsibilities Assist in, Assemble and fabricate metal structures according to blueprints and specifications. Perform welding tasks. Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with industry standards. Utilize hand tools and equipment such as micrometers to measure and cut materials accurately. Collaborate with team members on projects to ensure timely completion. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven experience as a Welder in a construction or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of welding techniques including FCAW, Stick welding, and plasma cutting. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with using hand tools and measuring instruments such as micrometers. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with welding.
