WELDER It will be the mandate of the employee of the Corporation to represent the Company as a dedicated professional whose daily focus encompasses our Corporate values and culture as defined in our Company Mission Statement. A Welder will report directly to the Weld Lead and Weld Supervisor. The Welder will pursue the desired duties and projects as set forth by the Weld Lead and the Weld Supervisor and will, at all times, assist others if required to maintain the integrity of the Organization. A Welder will report and document all safety or insubordinate activity and communicate such activity to the Weld Lead and the Weld Supervisor. All employees, prior to working on any machinery, are responsible for reading, understanding and complying with all equipment safety and operational manuals, and all Company policies and procedures with respect to safety or equipment operation. A Welder will be responsible for: Safety and proper use of all equipment. Daily completing an equipment inspection of all equipment. Cleanliness at the work site and surrounding area. All paperwork, tools, and any other components related to the department are to be properly stored at the conclusion of each shift. All work areas are to be cleaned and swept 10 minutes prior to the conclusion of the shift. Safely performing set-ups required by job. Safety is the employee's responsibility. Understanding and safe use of the equipment, automated back gauge and packaging systems, conveyors and the use of the overhead handling equipment when required. Verify work order part number, revision, material, tooling, and fixtures used Check 1st, 25th, and last part with tape, calipers, template(s), and complete proper inspection paperwork. Completing all tags, Quality enhancement sheets and Production paperwork in a timely and correct manner. Locate proper container for parts if specified on work order. Suggesting ideas for productivity improvements in the Weld Department and the rest of the organization. GSS computer entry and data as it relates to production. Proper GSS clocking is a basic job requirement. Generating earned hours. Applicable

quality standards and procedures. Quality is the responsibility of all employees. Upgrading quality and steel knowledge continuously. Reporting all maintenance concerns immediately to the Maintenance Supervisor or Production Supervisor. Safety is everyone's responsibility. Must comply with all safety rules and regulations, i.e., lock out tag out procedure and Hazmat. Perform other duties as required.
