Performance Personnel is seeking a Traveling Welder for a company based in Newton, KS . This position requires multi-state travel with a crew. All projects begin by meeting at the Newton, KS shop, and assignments typically last 5-10 days . Applicants must reside within a reasonable distance of Newton, KS. Primary Job Duties:

installing cranes Welding Fabricating Travel for up to 10 days at a time.

Skills/Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of MIG and SMAW Ability to work within deadlines, follow verbal instructions, and work both independently or with a team Great attention to detail and thorough inspection of work Individuals must be reliable and punctual with the ability to travel/ Must pass a pre-employment physical, respirator physical and fit test, drug screen, and background check
