Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing various welding processes to fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures and components. Your expertise will ensure that all work meets strict safety standards, industry codes, and project specifications. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects while honing your craft in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), according to blueprints, schematics, and construction plans Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction documents accurately Fabricate metal parts using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and tube bending tools Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks such as rigging and maintenance activities Skills Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW welding, and pipe welding techniques Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and technical drawings Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication processes Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments like basic math skills for precise measurements Familiarity with manufacturing processes including assembly and maintenance tasks in construction or industrial settings Ability to interpret technical schematics accurately while following safety regulations at all times
